I'm serious about swapping and looking for a swapee anywhere in England. I have a spacious 1 bed flat in Llanelli south Wales on the first floor located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a detached building containing 4 flats 2 up 2 down. Features a small storage/cloakroom with fitted shelves and a loft, airing cupboard in kitchen and front and back shared garden area. Water, gas and electric all on a meter. The living room has a fully functional fireplace. The flat has been kept to a high standard. Only minimal personal decorating is needed. Parking available and pets allowed. The area is very quiet and would be ideal for someone wanting a change of scene to relax. My neighbours keep themselves to themselves and are very quiet but friendly, I've never had any trouble off them. They are all middle age-elderly. No kids. 30 min walk to main town centre and 40 min walk to Troste Retail Park and the towns beach. Message if interested and I'll send photos and video of property
