I lived in a 2 bedroom house in Monkton in a lovely quiet cul de sac. Only 3 council houses left in the street all the rest have bought. Good size living room and bedrooms are a good size and the garden is a good size. Look into the field only reason moving is went to be closer to family as unfortunately my dad is very ill.
