Off road parking, double glazing, GCH, Bath with overhead shower, again would require similar. I have a dog so need enclosed garden. Close to butchers and One Stop, primary school nearby. Bus stops for Dursley, Gloucester, Berkeley & Bristol.

I have a 3 bed fff in cam. Lovely large living room, bedrooms are a good size, good size kitchen. Bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet. Plenty of storage cupboards. Plenty of parking outside, lovely neighbours. Proper community feel. Very close to bus stop, train station, local shops and schools. Only issue is no private garden and it's the only reason I'm looking for something else.
