This is on the ground floor, inside the living/bedroom theirs is also a back door to the balcony which has a lovely view of the garden and trees.
One thing I'll miss is the heat.. you'll never really have to turn on the heating (which is communal so comes as a party of the service charge) it's very warm in the living/bedroom.
