I have a 1st floor (up 6 steps) 1 bedroom flat in the Lee area and I'm looking to swap with a ground floor 1 bedroom flat in either the Forest Hill or Sydenham area. My flat has plenty of storage and is good for someone single. No garden but there's local parks nearby. Open to moving to a ground floor bungalow.
