1bed flat looking for a 2bed maisonette/house

I have a 1 bed flat on its floor of a block of four tenants ( mature tenants in this block). This would suit a couple or a single person . It is close to the station , bus stops and high street. Lots of greenery when you look out if the front and back windows and a communist garden, of which you will have a key for entrance too and to hang washing out.There is a cupboard in the landing for storage .
For parking you will require a permit through the council.
Bathroom , kitchen and hallway is tiled and the bedroom has parquet flooring . The living room laminated.
My reason for moving is as from 2020 my son who is 34 and has a disability is living with myself and husband and a dog.
