Moving to be nearer work for my son & to give family support.

I've tried to change areas above but it won't let me! - wanting Bosham/Fishbourne - ideal/Parklands/Emsworth - Hermitage only/I'll consider others or a GFF with own garden in Bosham.

In a sort after village with EVERYTHING for family life, nice road, lovely neighbours - a mixture of private, HA & R2B. Excellent transport: buses/trains/cycle routes.

A very large EOT house, loads of storage 1950's traditional with huge potential, not fancy or modern, more like a cottage & a blank canvas, I live on a shoe string so all on 'a wing & a prayer' – full details can be sent. I've not been able to do everything as I've health issues with a knock on affect to finances & capabilities. I've kept up repairs so in good order, it's cosy & clean.

There're 2 sheds - wooden in VGC & a huge brick shed which could be a playroom/annex/office/ storage, with a mezzanine. All fencing is new [excellent quality & around 20 years minimum guarantee], it's taken many years to sort out so would appreciate decent fencing.

In the village there's chickens, goats, swans, ducks, a Heron & horses [stables & padocks with a shop Westbourne Animal Feeds]. Horses walk past my Livingroom window every day. Short walk to streams/walks/Standstead House. All village folk are very pleasant & helpful. Very safe.
