I have 2 bedroom and an attic I have a outside cupboard and w drive way. I have had new kitchen and bathroom put in. I also re decorated my house. I have a huge garden big enough for trampoline has huge trees at either side and a patio to put table on. My living room is open planned to dining room. We have good neighbourhood and our street is popular and very friendly Neighbour hood. The rent is 95 a week with great places and lived here now 9 years. This house is perfect for those who are single parent one child parents with one child or two girls which can share one room since i have a boy and girl it won't work for me. There's local things busses trams schools shops Heaton park close to salford and Manchester shopping centre by bus. And bury in opposite direction on bus and on tram. Local to high schools.
