All on one level, no steps or stairs inside my flat & there are 2 lifts to serve my 5 storey block. Sturdy brick and concrete old-school council flats/block. My home has no balcony or private garden but this is a very quiet, green & nice area, close to all necessary amenities and brilliant transport links (many buses, trains & Overground). Small 3 low-rise blocks estate with roadside parking. Communal outside green space. Close to lovely parks, woods and near to South-circular which takes you out to Kent. I want a secure/assured tenancy council/HA property, preferably bungalow/ground floor with own private garden, ideally with 2 bedrooms, within Edinburgh or in close, surrounding areas.Also, I will look at & might consider other properties (eg non ground level and maybe only 1 bedroom etc).
