Hi my name is Danielle , I have a 2 bedroom house at felling, I have lived here just over 2 years. The property has had work done to it , both privately and by the council. All I've the walls in the house have been repaired/borded and skimmed except for the bathroom as the council felt that room was fine. There has been 2 new door frames/ archives replaced in the living room privately due to there condition.3 new radiators have been installed in the property and I've had no worries at all with the boiler. There is a cupboard in the kitchen with the gas and electric metres. The kitchen has been re tiled with modern metro tiles and the walls are now painted white. The kitchen in very spaces in length. The living room is a small but very cosy place and in the winter it certainly keeps the heat in , it gets very hot in this house. There is a front and rear garden. The back being large with a new shed painted red. new fences all round. I am hoping for a swap to live back at pelaw.
